How do I file for this year instead of last year

The current online software program is only for 2020 returns--no other year.   What are you trying to do?

Did you enter your 2019 info into the online version?  Online is only for 2020.  If you filed a return recently with the wrong year it got filed as a 2020 return.  And you have a big problem.
