How do I file a bug report for TurboTax deluxe, regarding printing a state mailed in filing?

The first page of instructions that gets printed are the Electronic Filing instructions, even though I chose printing for paper filing.

I needed to wait until the Federal filing was accepted, then I was able to see the option to print the forms with the first page showing mailing instructions.
