How do I engage Intuit TurboTax to talk to the State of Michigan Treasury?

Michigan Treasury has advised me by letter that my return has mistakes and they lowered my return substantially.

I read all about the guarantees Intuit provides for providing an accurate return.  It certainly isn't intuitive how to engage them.
