How do I edit the tax liability and AGI it asks for under Underpayment Penalties section after I put zeros in. Tried deleting the form and logging out and in, didn't work

Under the "Underpayment Penalties" section, it asks for 2018 tax liability and Adjusted Gross Income. I put zeros in both of them and now I can't change the amounts. It just continues to tell me I don't owe anything. I tried deleting the form and logged out and back in and it still says the same thing. How can I change it?

You should try deleting the form, then clear your cache and cookies, may resolve this issue.  After performing these steps, log out of TurboTax account, reboot and then back in.  If the issue still persists please try a different browser.
