If you are referring to the e-filed 2023 tax return and you have paid for the TurboTax online account or you requested to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund, the complete 2023 return will be available after the IRS accepts your federal tax return.

The IRS officially starts processing 2023 tax returns on January 29, 2024.
