How do I download and print my 2020 CA state tax return? It only does that for federal return.

Please try this printing option:

1. In TurboTax Online, sign into your account.
2. Select Tax Home in the left menu.
3. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
4. Select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this opens the return back up)
5. Select Tax Tools on the left and then Print Center and choose the print center
6. Select returns and choose to print just the CA tax return or to include all worksheets as well. 

No TAX HOME BUTTON in menu

The "Tax Home" selection won't appear in the Online software, until you've entered/confirmed some of your 2021 Personal information. 

So start in on that first, then after a few pages in, you'll be able to use Tax Home, and then scroll down to "Your tax returns & documents".

All of this assumes you have logged into the exact-same Online account you used last year....
