How do I contact customer service about a never received prepaid card ?

The Turbo Prepaid Visa Card is usually delivered 5-10 business days after ordering it. If the 5-10 business days have passed already, please visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

I also didn't receive my card. I've been tryin to speak with someone for a month. I just go in circles. The number listed is no help bc u have to have the card number and the website also is no help bc it only shows my old card and not the new one bc it hasn't been activated due to never getting it. There is no option to speak with someone and I can't find an email for the prepaid card either. Something has to be done I have tax money on a card that I never received and am unable to cancel or report stolen.

same issues here never can get anyone on the phone except to cancel the card and order a new one

can t get anyone on the phone to fix the problem just automated that makes you go in non sense circle 

how do you get to talk to someone to give 15$ for three day shipping ????????????

If you have never received your TurboTax prepaid card, you can visit TurboDebitCard.com or call toll-free at (888)285-4169 to check the address they have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days.

i have already done that i was told to contact them again to pay 15$ to get my card shipped in three business day but can t get a normal operator on the phone to do so contacted the number more then 10 times i only get to have the automated ? i was told i ll be able to do that after 24 hours ....

I never received my turbo card. I called number provided and says I have multiple cards on file which I don't have . I need to speak to a live person not automated.

For lost, stolen, or cards never received, visit https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/contact-us .

 

 If you have set up your online account you can click on the link to Report a lost, stolen, or damaged card.  Otherwise call the phone number provided.  Press 2 to continue with the automated system, do not enter SS# at this point, Press 1, Press 2, now enter your SS# and continue following the prompts. This is the only information we have available to us as these cards are provided by Greendot Bank.

That’s no help. It’s bull. Stop using them as a vendor if you can’t guarantee we will get our refund

Then stop using them as an option people aren't able to get their money.  I am going to contact the IRS and complain. I feel that this company is holding peoples money on purpose by not sending out our cards.

Same here. No card and getting the run around. I’m calling the IRS today and also NYS. I hope they get shut down

@Jockha101  If you didn't receive your TurboTax card and it is past 10 business days, please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number.

  1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) 
  2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
  3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
  4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1
  5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
  6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birth date.

I never received my debit card from turbo tax, and they are also saying that my refund was deposited into my bank, but I have no bank, trying to figure all that out, what can I do about it...

OK, so I followed all of these steps today, and it still asks for a card number.  Can't do that if I don't have a card now can I?  I just need to speak to a human. Taxes were filed on 2/18, funds were released on 2/28. Still don't have the card!
