MN?  We cannot see your account or your return so we have to guess what state you are asking about if you do not tell us.

MN RENT CREDIT

https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899893-can-i-file-my-m1pr-minnesota-property-tax-refund-through-turbotax

To check the status of the rent credit in MN

http://www.revenue.state.mn.us/individuals/individ_income/pages/draft-wmr-context-page.aspx

To obtain the refund, the taxpayer must have a CRP, Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP), for each rental unit lived in during the year. The taxpayer's landlord is required to deliver a completed CRP to the taxpayer no later than January 31st of each year.

You will need the CRP to determine your refund, if any, and you must include what is called a Form M1PR with the CRP when it is filed. These forms have to be printed and mailed in to:

Minnesota Property Tax Refund
St. Paul, MN 55145-0020

TurboTax will prepare the Form M1PR for you to print. Towards the end of the step-by-step interview for Minnesota you will reach the Other Forms You May Need screen. To have the M1PR prepared and made available for printing, make sure you check the Property Tax Refund (Form M1PR) check box on the Other Forms You May Need screen, then follow the prompts through the end of the interview.

You qualify for the Renter’s Property Tax Refund if

  • You're a Minnesota resident, or spent more than 183 days in the state, and
  • You can't be claimed as a dependent on someone else’s tax return, and
  • Your household income for 2019 was less than $62,340.

For more information, please see Renter's Property Tax Refund.

To check the status of your Missouri state refund online, go to https://mytax.mo.gov/rptp/portal/home/return-tracker/.

In order to view status information, you will be prompted to enter:

  • The first Social Security number shown on your tax return.
  • Select the filing status of your form.
  • Enter the whole dollar amount for your anticipated refund or balance due.
  • Select the tax year of the return.

Then, click “Check Status”.

You may also call 573-751-3505.

This is not a Federal credit so I would contact the state or city that issues the rebate.

@rrwood55 You have posted a vague comment to a thread full of other people's posts and replies.  Do you have a question we can answer?

Do you have a question @tbennett?     If you would like to start a new thread, use this link.  And if you are asking about state renters credits, be sure to include your state when inquiring.

@Jjlansdale323

Please do not post your personal information here in this very public website, which can be seen by anyone, including scammers and identity thieves who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax.  You can return to your post and click those three little blue dots on the upper right to edit your post and remove your name and address.

Unless PA has recently changed its tax laws, there is not a rent rebate in PA.

RENT

There is not a rent deduction or credit on your Federal return.  If your state has anything for renters you will be prompted to enter your rent info when you complete your state return.  As far as I know, the states that have anything for rent are Arizona, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington DC, and Wisconsin.
