How do I update my TurboTax account information?

 

To update your TurboTax (non-Advantage) account email, phone number, mailing address, or password:

  1. Sign in to TurboTax and select Intuit Account on the left, just above Sign Out (you may need to scroll down; select the 3 white lines or Tax Home if you still don't see this).
  2. Select Sign in & Security to update information like your user ID, password, phone number, or email. Or select Personal Info to update information like your name, address, or job.

How do I update or confirm the info in my TurboTax Advantage account?

  1. Start by signing in to your TurboTax Advantage account.
  2. Once you're signed in, select Billing and shipping info to confirm or update your payment info and your billing and shipping addresses.
  3. Select TurboTax Advantage to view, change, or remove the TurboTax product(s) on order.

@fgggg  You are posting on an old thread & it was answered.  If you have a question, you can post your own question & someone here maybe able to help you.  Also, this is a user to user forum, it is not TurboTax.

To pay for TurboTax:

  • Open or continue your return.
  • Select File in the left menu and then select Start next to Step 1 Review your order.
  • Select View payment options.
  • Select Pay with credit card (or Pay with federal refund, if that option is available) to make your payment.

Because paying for your TurboTax Online fees is separate from e-filing your return, you can pay at any time prior to filing your return.

How do I change my credit card deposit for refund information after I have filed...they were jst accepted

After you file your tax return, you will have to wait until it has been accepted or rejected by the IRS. If its rejected, you can go back to File and change your direct deposit information in Step 2.

 

If your tax return has been accepted, you will not be able to change the refund method. If your information is incorrect, please click here for more details of what to expect.
