In regards to the bank account number, since you've already e-filed,
you will not be able to change your bank details. It's just as though
you had placed your tax return in the mailbox. At this point, you will
have to wait and see if your tax return is accepted or rejected by the IRS.
If the return is rejected, then you can update your bank information and resubmit your return. Should the tax return be accepted and the IRS (and State, if any) cannot deposit your refund to your account, then a paper check will be mailed to you.

how do i cancel the direct deposit
If the tax return has been filed you cannot change the direct deposit information that you entered. If the bank account information is incorrect then the bank will reject the direct deposit and send the refund back to the IRS. The IRS will then mail the refund check to the address on the tax return.
