How do I cancel my payment for tax file, I don't want to e-file with Turbo tax and use another tax preparer. I have already made payment but unable to cancel order.

How do I cancel my payment for tax file, I don't want to e-file with Turbo tax and use another tax preparer. I have already made payment but unable to cancel order. I cannot request callback as I have a foreign no. and customer support number no one is picking up.

This turbotax policy:  Once you have e-filed or submitted your taxes electronically it's like dropping it in the mailbox, you can't get it back.  However, there is a REFUND request form from turbotax. Go to, https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/forms/refund-request.jsp

I am not filing my taxes through turbo tax. It is not complete. I need a refund for my payment please

Once you pay it’s too late to get a refund for the online version.  By paying you are saying you are satisfied since you don't have to pay until you want to print or file.
