How do I cancel a credit card payment entered for e-filing, then did not e-file state tax?

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  Use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Hello,

I do not want my Federal or State taxes to be electronically deposited into my account. I do not want my taxes sent to the IRS, please respond to this email at your earliest convenience.

@kmhaus97 What are you trying to do?  You posted to a thread that has had no activity since 2019.   You say you do not want your federal or state refunds to be deposited, and that you do not want your taxes sent to the IRS.   What do you want?
