How do I amend this year's taxes (2024) with a Form 5498? Because I filling in the allocated amended timeframe I don't have to pay any penalty.

Form 5498 may provide you with information you overlooked.

If so, amend to submit the new information. TurboTax won't ask for Form 5498.
