How do I amend my return? I checked single, full time student but in the box that asks if someone else can claim me I did not check yes and I should have.

I followed the directions to amend but it doesn't ask that question again. I just need to check that someone else is claiming me as a dependent.

Go to MY INFO. Click your name. Go through the screens to the question that asks if you can be claimed as someone else's dependent. Say YES.
