how do i add that i own my home? i must have selected the wrong option in the beginning.

Property tax would be added under deductions.  To add in TurboTax, follow these steps:

1. Login to your TurboTax Account
2. Select the down arrow next to Deductions and Credits
3. Select Add Tax Break
4. Scroll Down and click on "Your Home"
5. Click Add next to "Property Taxes"
6. Go back to Deductions and Credits
7. Click Start next to Property Tax
