How do I add a 1095-c to amend my return

I had medical from jan-oct....then I got healthnet..nov-dec...but was only able to add one...now irs want other..how do i do that

To enter/edit health information or a 1095-C:

1. Open your return (or continue if open).

2. Type “health insurance” or “1095c” (upper-case works too) in Search box (upper right-hand corner of the screen)

3. Click on “Jump to health insurance” or “Jump to 1095c” link.

4. Answer screen interview prompts.
