You will need to activate the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card once it arrives in the mail. The instructions will be included with the card. As soon as you get your card, activate it online or over phone by following the instructions on the card sticker.
IRS will send your refund automatically and you will be able to use the card anywhere Visa debit is accepted.
