How do I account for my net "property loss" accrued in my 2018 amendment, for my 2019 tax amendment if it didn't carry over using the turbo tax software?

Define "net property loss accrued"  ...  where is it showing on the 2018 form 1040 ?   The Sch D, Sch E, 4797 ?
