How do I access the print center for a 2022 year retutn. I do not see the option to "add a state" in order to get to the print center like the answer says on here.

The Print Center can only be reached in a current-year return interview.   So at this point in time, only a 2023 return has a Print Center.

To print a 2022 return, log in and at the Tax Home scroll way down to "Tax Returns and Documents", expand that section, and choose 2022 to view/print/download the PDF.
