Your card should arrive within 7-10 days of when your return is filed. If you do not receive the card within that timeframe, you can call Turbo Prepaid customer service at (888) 285-4169 for asssitance.

Can u help me ?I filed with TurboTax that accepted for TurboTax prepaid card my refund is supposed to come in next week got the card i had to upload picture to identify me it got successfully accepted I call back now they tell me they closed my account . No access to my account where does my money go????

This answer Is not helpful because the Turbo card app offers a link to track your card but every time I click on it it says there was an error try again later. Why is the link even there and being offered if this function doesn't exist?

No help at all. I've called and they said all we can do it send you a new card. Already been waiting 3 weeks and they told me it was there and it wasn't. Been lied to like crazy by customer support. Not ever going through them for an account again. Still don't have the card after 3 weeks so who knows if I even will ever get it. And they won't transfer my money into another account. Never get this card in the first place.

I filed on the 19th, refund processed on the 26th, refund is on the card but no physical card in my possession..

Dude' i accidentally put the wrong area code so it got sent back..i called prob about 5-8 times and tried to get help because i got told every time there was no way they could change the address..by about the 10-15 call a male answered and fixed the problem so now i just wait.. I got unlawfully kicked out of my apartment but the person was so violent i was leaving with my son but we just didnt have anywhere else to go. Currently couch surfing until that money gets here..i actually went to h&r block and they helped me call the first few times because ive always gone to the same office every year except this time

I've had the same problems i get lied to on how to move my funds around before receiving my card also hung up on at least thirty times this week requested numerous calls from their corporate offices which I was told I would receive in 24 hours well that was this last Friday that I requested my fourth corporate call back and not even one call was returned to me... I received a card today only to be told it wasn't the right one that someone called and requested another card be sent which I got charged an additional $5 for a replacement card on top of $15 expedited delivery for the one I received today so I have lost $20, $5 that I shouldn't have even been charged to begin with...   I'm thinking there is some sort of way to claim a lawsuit for being refused access to our funds freely even before our cards r delivered they say u can pay bills n send money before receiving it which is a lie.  Also there is no chain of command for them to follow they either have the first person that knows nothing and gives plain blanket statements who then sends you to an "account specialist" who only tells you what they can't do to help you by refusing to give u any info on the account that
Is in your name which I believe is illegal as well in the morning I am reporting all of this to the irs and fdic as well as the MasterCard company that runs green Dot and all there cards I'll wait for this card someone else requested which they only delayed me getting the card by three days but if someone somewhere along the corporate ladder can do me more than a great solid by giving me access to my money to transfer it to my local bank account bc I want nothing more to do with green dot or its affiliates again.

This is so messed up, your situation is very similar to mine. Hang ups, when I do get a human on the line they give you some bs line then tell you they cannot help you. One said I could get temp  card numbers which would allow me to use it online at Least. Nope. Requested card after card still nothing. 2K that I paid taxes on and looked forward to more this year than the last 11yrs I've filed because my fiance and I have our first baby boy coming in less than a month now and this money I busted my ads for is lost in the air cause some bs company cannot get their shit together long enough to mail some card's? My guess is their hurting I bet they go under in the next few year's. I've called everyone I could think of. I have a lawyer calling me back tomorrow that said he can get me my money luckily he's a friend. This is absolute BULLS*IT  TurboTax lost a customer over this mess.

How can I contact or speak to a representative??!! I filed my taxes on January 31 and I doubled checked with irs and it says my taxes were accepted and deposited on February 22 but I never received my card can anyone please help me find a way to get my card!!!

Ok folks although I'm not inferring that any of you may have done this but...recheck any stacks of mail, junk or otherwise. Just like most of you I've been waiting for my card. The refund was approved and deposited...but no card. I started calling and searching the website for help.

Then (God had to have lead me to my junk pile of mail I'm so lucky that no one threw this stack away!) I decide to search threw it and saw a plain envelope and felt a card inside. I flipped the envelope and TurboTax logo was there. Small little logo. It's possible, so very possible, that maybe some of you have placed it to the side. I know it's a long shot but look around. This dang envelope has had to have been sitting over a week maybe even two weeks.

I'm blessed and I hope this helps some of you. Check your junk pile!

Well this is my first time doing turbo prepaid card and I honestly say that i never got my card and when it dealing with my money they need to give me a card and i open all my mail and go through my mail and i  never seen a card all i  want is card cause i got bills to pay but i can say this that i will not be  put off about a card of my money  cause if i don't get a card all i want is my money in check or transfer it to my bank. Cause i don't like to mess with about my money

I don't  get junk mail I'm very happy you got your  card but I'm very piss right now. They didn't send a card but how hard is it to get a card and with my bank it don't take nothing but five days to get a card I'm really piss off.

My third year filing with turbo tax but first year filing for a turbo card.. wish i never had i filed march 21st and still no card. I called customer service and they said oh well it was returned to us thru the mail april 4th? Ummm then why wasnt i contacted or something? So they resent it and said it will be here in 7 business days this coming monday... so we will see..definitely never again
