@hcaseyj You can set up an account on the TurboTax Debit Card website and Create a online account, to check your balance. Or you can use the app. You can click the link that applies to you for download: apple store or google play.

Your phone number is down and I am unable to log in online. Good going Turbotax. I have filed with you for YEARS. I will be finding a different way to file my taxes going forward. You have let a lot of people down through this already stressful time.

The irs website says my stimulus check is suppose to be deposited today on my tt card but it's not

You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit on 4/15. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login 

• I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. I actually checked my account yesterday. It was supposed to deposit today and I can’t even get the app to go to the login page. I tried calling no dial tone or anything. My check was deposited but I can’t even check it because the turbo site is down. The app is down the phone is down.
