If you have set up your online account you can click on the link to Report a lost, stolen, or damaged card. Otherwise call the phone number provided. Press 2 to continue with the automated system, do not enter SS# at this point, Press 1, Press 2, now enter your SS# and continue following the prompts.
They still want my card number on a card I never received and now I'm starting to get frustrated that I can't get past that and to have them re send a new card it's been almost a month since I filed and have not received my card at all.
Did you create an online Turbo Tax prepaid card account? Go back through your emails , check your spam folder too, you should have received a email from Turbo Tax once you were approved for the card. There will be instructions on how to create the online account, which has the number you are needing when you contact customer support. Good luck!
