How can I re-print my state return so it doesn't show do not file?

I filed my taxes before my state forms were available. I received a message the next day stating: The wait is over! The tax forms we needed to finish up your taxes are ready to go, Form SC8453, Individual Income Tax Declaration for Electronic Filing Form SC1040, Individual Income Tax Return. I have logged in several times to do so and there is no option for me to do so. I talked with several representatives about this with no actual answer. The last representative sent me a link about why does do not file, form not final appear on my printouts. I have looked it over and it doesn't say how I can re-print my form after all the options that this might have happened have been resolved.

Unfortunately, we are unable to access your account through this public forum. The form that was missing is a signature for e-filing the state return. It is not required to file but is one for your records. Were you able to efile the return?
