How can I look at my forms before I file?

My medical expenses total one number on the medical summary screen but show a lower number on the deduction summary. I need to know why

If you are using the TurboTax online editions you will need to pay the TurboTax account fees before you can view or print your Complete tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

I have paid my account fee.  On the left side I only have 2 bars: tax home and documents.  Neither has tax tools.

Need for the information is my medical expenses per that online section total over $7K more than what appears in my deduction summary and I need to understand why that was reduced before I file.
