The menu in order to amend past taxes is not there. I need to amend, I have tried to get in touch with a live rep on the phone or online with no luck.
Click Tax Home in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Did you scroll down on the right?
That's the problem, on the upper left corner there are no options.
The only options I have at the bottom are: File an Ext, Intuit Acct., Switch to Spanish, Sign out.
There are no options to see my documents.

Did you complete and file a 2022 tax return using the TurboTax online editions?
Yes, online version last year. I need to amend my taxes. But the options isn't there.

If you need to amend a 2021 tax return -
To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.
On the Tax Home webpage -
Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Amend (change) return
I still do have the option at the upper left corner.

Ok...That is the start of a 2022 tax return. As I previously stated -
Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

I can't start my 2022 taxes. Because TurboTax failed to report my dependents last year I went somewhere else for 2022.
So I just need to amend my 2021 taxes.

You only need to start the 2022 tax return by entering some personal information. You will Not pay for the 2022 return or file the 2022 return. But the program needs some of your information so that you can access your online tax returns prior to 2022. Once enough of your personal information has been entered the Tax Home link will be available on the left column menu.
