How can I get an amended Maryland PV Form x 1 for my taxes that are $1561. I was sent x 4 that have $544 on each one which is $2176!!!

Ok ... your PDF should have ONE voucher for the 2019 balance due ... the FOUR vouchers are for the 2020 ESTIMATED payments the program thinks you MAY need to pay ... those are optional not mandatory.

Now if you amended the return you usually do not need a voucher as the payment is mailed  in with the amended return you will print, ink sign and mail.
