How can I get a replacement turbo tax card

I have been calling that number for two days straight with no answer. And I don’t have the card so I can’t request a new one online. I don’t know what to do

lost my card never used it before ,now my stimulas payment got put on card,  , [phone number removed] ,please sent me a new card thank you
