How can I find out why my taxes were rejected

TT sends you a email with a rejection message/code. What does it say?

How can I find out why my taxes were rejected (fed. and state)? They said they'd send an email, but have not so far ... only a text and that was 3 hours ago

It says, "Ct state has rejected your return. Don't worry, we'll help you fix the problem. Check your email for more information."

The federal reads the same only 'federal return..."

Check your junk and spam e-mail folders.  When you sign into TurboTax, do you receive a message?
