How can I find out why I am not able to access the "get my payment" portal for the IRS stimulus check? I get the message "our records don't match?"

suggestions: 

 

be sure your type the address EXACTLY as it is on your tax return.

 

birth date - be sure to use leading zeros where necessary. April should be '04' and not '4'

 

if you are filing married-joint, try your spouse's information.  

 

  AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return and line 8B on your 2019 return.  Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return. and line 20a for 2018

I would like to know this also. Especially when I am putting in the info that is from my turbotax file.

Great suggestions, so I went and made sure everything from my 2018 return was put in exactly as shown. It did not work for me or trying spouses info (we file jointly). I am not sure how it can be incorrect when I am looking at the download of our info we filed.  Super frustrating that there is no one to speak to with IRS either.
