How can I find out which tax form is being used to file by federal taxes

I need to know if it is a 1040, 1040A, etc?

When you complete the return and get to the final section to Finish and File your return, you'll be able to print a copy of your return or save it as a PDF. The first page of your return (after the cover letter) will be either Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ. It's printed clearly at the top of the form.

It looks like you're using TurboTax Self Employed, which is for people with self-employment activities to report. If you're reporting self-employment income, then you'll use Form 1040. (Form 1040A and 1040EZ are simplified versions of Form 1040 that don't support self-employment income.)
