How can I find out what attachments/certificates were filed with my original state return? When I download my return (amd), it doesn't say what attachments were e-filed

I believe W2 and 1099. The CO instructions for my amended return said to ensure that whatever attachments/certificates were submitted with the original filing be included with the 104X when I submit that. I believe I can pull those together if necessary, but wanted to confirm I had everything that was (if anything) submitted originally.

generally when you e-file, it is only forms filled out that are sent -- no attachments.  Sometimes a .pdf may be allowed but mostly it just the forms ( or the data thereof ).

What attachments are you talking about?

W-2 and 1099s are generally sent to the IRS and the state involved , by the issuer of these documents -- you do not need to send them again.  Good Luck
