If you used the Online version of TurboTax then please refer to the information below:

If you used the CD/Desktop version of TurboTax, then the only copy is on the computer where you prepared the return. TurboTax does not have a copy online.

If your 2016 return was prepared with Online Turbotax, you can download your 2016 return PDF from your online TurboTax account.   If access to the file is locked, we can tell you how to pay to unlock it.    Or you can get a free 2016 tax return transcript from the IRS at the page below:
