How can I file a complaint with TurboTax. My refund was sent on 28 according to my IRS status. And it is supposed to be direct deposit but I have not seen it?

Was sent 28th of February, but it's won't let me talk to them till 28th of March. And turbo tax can't tell me anything

TurboTax has no control over and receives no information about refunds.
