I file the federal tax return and owe some money to IRS. Can I check the filing status on https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp? I tried, but the "Refund Amount" box only allows positive number, which in my case is negative.
Any suggestion?
