How can I apply for the three stimulus packages that were sent if I did not get all through until I was not declared a dependent on others' taxes?

What do you mean by "until I was not declared a dependent?"   If you could be claimed as someone else's dependent for 2020 and 2021, you are not eligible to get the stimulus checks now even if you are not someone's dependent for 2022.   It is based only on your eligibility during the years of 2020 and/or 2021.
