How can I amend only my 2022 State tax? Not my Federal tax. I need to change the State non-Resident Apportionment.

Thank you! This method worked. 

Unfortunately, in order for it to work, I had to select "The IRS or state sent me a notice" which is not the case (I initiated the Amend process myself - the State did not send me a notice).

Turbo Tax should fix the instructions on screen.
