How can i amend my personal taxes to add my business?

what do i fill out and where?

Please provide some details about your business.   Are you a sole proprietor----or do you have something else --  like an S-corps or C-corps?

You will need to file a separate business tax return, Form 1120-S.

You will need to purchase and install the TurboTax Business edition on a Windows based personal computer.  The Business Edition cannot be used to file a personal tax return, Form 1040.
