How can I amend my bank account information from savings account to checking account?

I received a letter from my credit union that my payment to the IRS will be declined because I input my savings account information through TurboTax.  My savings account cannot have ACH debited for payment.  I spoke to my credit union and they said that, unfortunately, the payment scheduled on June 1st will be declined.  how can I update my information through TurboTax to change my savings account information to checking before my payment is declined?

Once the tax return has been filed and accepted by the IRS the method of receiving the federal tax refund cannot be changed.

The credit union will reject the direct deposit of the federal tax refund and send the refund back to the IRS.  The IRS will then mail the federal tax refund as a check to the address on the tax return.
