How can i access my 2017 taxes that someone else filled for me but is now deceased so i have noway to get agi number or a copy that was filed with turbo tax

If you don't have access to your return from last year, you can request it directly from the IRS by using this link:

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

...and clicking the "Get Transcript Online" button in the box in the middle of the screen.
