How can I access my 1040X from last year? It keeps telling me to upgrade when I upgraded last year. I don't see how to pay for it now or access the documents in any way.

If you paid for an upgrade for your 2017 return last year, access should not be locked.

You'll need to phone TurboTax Support and ask them to troubleshoot and assist.

Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Mon-Fri.
