To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.
On the Tax Home webpage -
Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
A 2021 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
Print, sign, date and mail the tax return to the State. Include with the mailed return any forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld. Go to your state department of revenue website for the address on where to mail the state tax return.
There are no penalties for filing a tax return after the due date if filing for a tax refund or there are no taxes owed.
It is only downloading the IRS one and not the state
It should be in the same pdf file after federal. There maybe another federal at the end so state might be in the middle. Check all the pages.
Or are you asking about last year the 2022 return? Sign in and Add a State. Then go through the state tab and File tabs. You may have to pay for state. Same for 2021, I don't know if you can download state if you haven't paid for it. You may need to switch to the Desktop program to add state and finish.
