Hi, when i mailed in my tax return last month and i forgot to include the front page with my bank account number and routing number etc.. what now?

Do you mean the 1040 form? If yes, mail it in now.

Mail in the entire return like you did the first time since what you mailed in was probably tossed in the trash since it did not include the form 1040.
