Hi Macuser I can sue them myself. I’ve read through precedent in it’s actually a straight forward argument. I am currently litigating multiple Federal lawsuits, another is not a big deal

If it is a straightforward argument but the plaintiffs in previous cases have consistently lost on the same issue, beware of a Rule 11 motion being made by the government for a frivolous lawsuit.
