Hi I want to know if I can amended my tax return with the form 8862 last year they denied my child tax credit and I dint know I had to send the form 8862 this years

if I amend my tax return with form 8862 for this year will I still get my refund

Form 8862 is for earned income credit----a different credit. You asked about that form and then mentioned the child tax credit. Which one are you really asking about?
