Hi, I received a K-1 thus need to amend my federal and state return, however, at last step, turbotax ask me to pay $39. I thought amendment is included?

If your amendment required you to upgrade your TurboTax software then you would have a Fee. Most likely, entering a K-1 cause you to upgrade from your previous soft ware.
