Hi,i made a mistake in providing address and i would like to change it because i only lived in the city partially.How do i fix it?

instead of checking the box for partially living at the address i provided i made a mistake and said i lived there for full year but i only lived on the address for three months in 2018.How do i fix that so that i can pay what I really owe? That was for my city tax!
