HI, I fill up amended return(1040X) at 3/10.(more than 3weeks)..unit now I can't see the any update at IRS how can I do

Are you looking at the Where's My Amended Return on the IRS.gov site?

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.

Yes, I checked with them..
