Hi! I accidentally filled in a deduction for my HSA, and I cannot get it to go away.

I don't know if it makes a difference, but I want to make sure I am reporting things accurately.

It sounds like you may have triggered Form 8889.

When you accidentally trigger a form that won't go away, you may delete it using the following instructions:
