With me owing, I am worried if my taxes are currently accepted, I will have a withdrawal from the IRS... even with an amendment

Ensure your original tax return has been accepted by the IRS before beginning an amendment.
Log back into TurboTax.
At login in February, it should prompt you to amend. If it doesn’t:
