Help with filed my tax

This is my second time declaring taxes as a married couple, last year I paid for someone else to file for me, and this year I did it on my own. But I ended up making a mistake, I just put in my husband's w2, and the IRS already accepted his refund, and he already received the state refund.
And I only managed to get my w2 yesterday, and I also added mine and the total refund amount was recalculated and now I'm worried that this could delay the process or cause a problem

Did you file Married Filing Jointly?  If so, don't make any changes until your tax return is fully processed, which means you have received your refund.

You will have to prepare an amendment on Form 1040X, which won't be ready until later this month. You can check when the 1040X will be available by using this link.

Yes, delete the W-2 you entered after you already filed.

When you've received both your Federal and State Refunds, then you can Amend your return to add your W-2.

asking
Since it was yesterday that I added my w2

I already added my w2 too.
Now mine has joined my husband's.
That's my question, should I delete mine?
Or can I leave it like this so as not to complicate things further?

Just wait until the IRS gets done processing the first return you filed with just his W2 and you get the first refund (or you pay the tax due).  Nothing you did after filing his will affect the process or delay it.

So now you need to delete and take out anything you added or changed after filing to put your return back to the way it was when you originally filed it.   Then you can fill out an Amended 1040X tax return to add the rest of the info.   But you have to wait, the amended return won’t be ready until later in February .  Keep checking back for amend instructions.

It depends.  If you filed and received acceptance of your joint return with your husband and your W-2 was not part of the original return, you will amend your joint return. Be sure to follow this instructions so that TurboTax knows the original numbers and the changed numbers.

The amended form will be ready later in the year. By using the link, Tax Forms Availability, you can continue to check to see when it's ready. If you decide you do need to amend use the steps in the link below.

Be sure to correct your state return as well.
